this call came on my cell phone but I did not answer it

This particular call was 'Out of Area', but has called from the above number before. Man named Anthony Bowden (sp?) with thick indian/pakistan accent claimed to be from American Financial Board and wanted to help with my 'unsecured debt'. Keeps calling & being rude & cursing. Told him I was on the 'Do not call list' and to not call again. Keeps calling though.

dirty bastards will not remove my number. when asked to speak to his manager, he got real stupid. boy if i could just get my hands on him...i'd rip the rag right off his greasy hollow head

The same thing happened to me !!! I worried a little but not a lot because I haven't done anything wrong to anyone! I called back and also got the recording "please try again later" Then it beeped sounded like a voicmail so I left a message to the tune of their message. I'm waiting to see if I hear anything else.
